Built for your everyday

Your solar. Ready when you need it.

Powerwall 3P stores energy for later and brings an integrated solar inverter to three-phase homes. From evening meals to an electric vehicle in the garage, it helps your home make more use of the energy you generate.

Make more of your solar

Store daytime solar for use after sunset. With up to 20.4 kWp of solar input and four solar trackers, Powerwall 3P supports flexible rooftop designs.

Be ready for outages

With a Tesla Gateway, Powerwall automatically switches to stored energy during an outage. SAE can design backup around the circuits and appliances that matter to you.

See and manage your energy

Use the Tesla app to track energy flow, choose your backup reserve and prioritise solar use or savings. Tesla Home helps coordinate supported appliances.

Backup coverage and runtime depend on system design, connected loads, available solar and stored energy. Savings vary with your usage and electricity tariff.

Room to grow

Storage that can grow with your home.

Start with 13.5 kWh of usable storage. Add up to three expansion units to a Powerwall 3P for more stored energy as your needs change.

Expansion units add energy capacity. Your installer will assess the configuration, space and electrical requirements.

Smart by design

More control.
Less guesswork.

Tesla Home is included with Powerwall 3P. Its energy management software learns usage patterns and responds to electricity rates to help you use energy more efficiently.

Follow your energy. See solar generation, battery storage and home consumption in the Tesla app.

Set your priorities. Choose how much energy to hold in reserve for a possible outage.

Plan for your home. Indoor or outdoor installation, subject to site and installation requirements.

Your questions, answered

Thinking about Powerwall 3P?

How do I enquire about Powerwall 3P?

Powerwall 3P launched on 29 October 2026. Contact SAE for a tailored assessment, pricing and installation timing. We’ll review your electricity supply, current solar and energy needs before recommending a system.

Can Powerwall 3P work with my existing solar?

Yes, Powerwall 3P supports new solar installations and retrofits with major solar inverter brands. SAE will check your existing inverter, electrical supply and installation requirements to confirm the right configuration.

Will it power my whole home during a blackout?

That depends on your installation. A Tesla Gateway enables backup operation, while your system design determines which circuits are supported. Runtime depends on the stored energy, solar available and appliances running. SAE can help plan your backup priorities.

Can I add it to an existing Powerwall 2 or Powerwall 3?

No. Tesla states that Powerwall 3P cannot be combined with Powerwall 2 or Powerwall 3. If you already have a Powerwall, ask SAE to assess the suitable options for your existing system.

Do I need three-phase power?

Powerwall 3P is designed for a three-phase electrical supply. If your home has single-phase power, SAE can discuss Powerwall 3 or other residential battery options.
